It was a luxurious place, had very courteous and really good staff with the restaurant staffs.

My standard room was beautifully maintained, had a comfortable bed. Essentials that you need, such as a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator, were there. The staff was nice and the views were nice. The service was exceptional with parking on site👌

It has good facilities and offers complimentary breakfasts.

Convenient location, efficient restaurant staff, good food, prompt front desk staff, clean facility.

During my Christmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel located at a key junction making it very accessible. The hotel staff gave great room service and was very prompt during our stay. The room temperature was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a mini fridge and bottled water available in the room.

One of the pillows was too soft, which was not ideal for my comfort level. the bathroom soap provided was not of the best quality.

The breakfast was very good with lots of outstanding food on offer. The staff were incredibly hospitable and best, they made our stay fine. Location: the hotel was near ginger on sunday and Ginger Wakad.

What an amazing romantic escape we had! The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and made us feel so special. We loved the complementary chocolates and wine, and the breakfast in bed was such a luxurious treat. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the stunning views. The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed.

There was very little to dislike about our experience. The only potential negative was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but we were enjoying our time together so much that it wasn't a major issue.

Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel's location in the Wakad area was very convenient, with easy access to the expressway. the hotel provided all the basic amenities and the rooms were equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

While everything else was satisfactory, there was one small aspect that could be improved upon.
